I work with individuals, families, and pets. Any service can be tailored to support both humans and pets together. I specialize in Grief support for all stages of pregnancy loss (abortion, miscarriage, stillbirth) and death at any age. Pregnancy Loss (All Stages): Individual Sessions

Preparation Session (60 minutes)

  • In this session we will discuss ways to prepare for a medication assisted loss or a D&C/D&E. This includes creating a list of resources to help you navigate the physical implications of each approach.

  • We will also explore bereavement wishes.

  • This is a safe space to share your story and explore grief.

Process Session (60 minutes)

  • During your pregnancy loss experience, we can explore

  • Includes all virtual package offerings plus:

    • support at all Dr. appointments or hospital visits

    • support during medication or hospital procedures (able to support with food, pet care, and light household chores)

    • support through postpartum care and follow-up

  • Please note that this service must be coordinated in advance and additional travel fees may apply based on location

Over email we will briefly discuss your unique circumstances that you are seeking meditation support around. Examples include: post-lost energy meditation for navigating grief, hypnosis meditation for pain management during miscarriage, hypnotic energy meditation for pet and family during end-of-life care.
